How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery and payment details, then confirm your order.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin preparing orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Our products are designed for daily care and are generally suitable for most skin and hair types. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Our products are not tested on animals.
Why can natural products vary slightly?
Because we work with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or aroma may occur from batch to batch. This is completely normal and does not affect product quality or performance.

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
