Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Marrakech store.
Processing time:
Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, launches, promotions, and public holidays (including Eid and national holidays), preparation and dispatch may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery options and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country and customs procedures.
Europe & UK:
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
United States & Canada:
Estimated delivery: 7–29 business days
Rest of the world:
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
A faster shipping option is available at checkout for selected destinations.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and size
- Selected shipping method
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders above a certain value.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
TASANO has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
TASANO cannot be held responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Delays caused by customs or local carriers
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
While we work closely with shipping partners, delivery timelines remain outside our direct control once the package is handed to the carrier.
